While YOUR personal objectives may eventually expand beyond the scope of this program, Train Like Will 1.0 serves as a novel way to explore unfamiliar training styles.

My current philosophy is to look good, move in every direction through a full range of motion, be proficient at various intensities (from light aerobics to heavy lifting), and ENJOY movement in any setting at any age. That last point is my primary objective as we experience sarcopenia and osteopenia, or the progressive loss of muscle and bone mass, starting in our 30’s. Not only do I want to avoid and survive falls, but I want to experience life FULLY with the ability to participate in any physical activity that I so desire. I want to hike the rocky terrain of a stunning national park, surf that wave AND swim to shore, race my future kids on foot and wheel, hop into a pick-up volleyball game, and balance on a paddleboard across the lake to catch a sunset... If this sounds like the lifestyle for you, you just might get hooked on my program!
